I think it's Sarah because the return address was Rosamond, CA. Her profile says she's from Simi Valley, and the only other So Cal girl in on this was Kash (I think). I mapquested Rosamond and it's kinda in that vicinity. She could have used a work address?? I don't know...I guess i could be wrong

After extensive research, I've narrowed my guess down to Kash & Sarah (Sassygirl). I'm leaning towards Sarah....am I getting warm?

Ok, ok, I admit it, I opened mine! I wasn't really thinking when I did it. I guess I kinda thought it would be wrapped - oops! I got great stuff though, so thanks to my SS!! Here's what I got:
-January issue of Cosmo
- Yummy candy cane flavored lip gloss
-A Nike golf/running shirt
-Cute cocktail napkins that say "if your ice is melting, then you're not drinking fast enough!"
Very fun stuff, it totally made my day!

I received my Secret Santa package yesterday!!!!

Those are so cool Natasha! Very creative, and I can imagine time consuming - yay for your hubby!
-
Christine - those are so cute, and very special! Love it!

Jenetta,
I like the second one too. I really like the neckline and I think the colors would be great on you!

I know we have one bride looking into Napa now, so I wanted to offer my opinion of Silverado. I've stayed there twice in the last 3 years and it truely is a fabulous place with fabulous service. I would say a big draw here is the golfing and spa facilities. I witnessed a wedding back in May and it was quite beautiful, although I'm sure rather expensive. The Mansion on the property is a fun place to host a wedding weekend event - the bar is very cool and they have live jazz music on Fridays & Saturdays.

KarlaV - that necklace is stunning! I agree, it will look fantastic with your coloring. And you definitely don't need earrings with a piece like that.

Hey, thanks for all of the positive feedback girls. I am very happy with them. I went thru a few "versions" of the invitation design. Seeing Karla's design really helped me out. I especially like our initials in the background. I did that by applying a watermark to the background of the document. And I stole Karla's fonts too - BD Merced & Allegro...they really work well together.

Sarah,
Karla is right, it's "Metallic Tiffany". She beat me to it! And, yes, I now have templates for the current size inserts, so let me know if you'd like them. It really isn't that hard to do - just make sure you set your page to the appropriate size in page setup in Word, and then go into printer properties & set up a custom size paper so they print correctly.

Wow Sarah, that could be a bridal gown! It looks like it's very intricate. I think once you get it altered it will look nice, you look a little lost in it right now. And I agree, you should have the straps skinnied down a bit to match your proportions.

Good job Sarah! She looks stoked to be wearing that dress LOL!
On another note, I was inspired by the "white wedding" thing, and decided to ask my guests to consider wearing shades of white and aqua. I think that will be fun!

I voted for "yes, something small & simple." Like some others have said, we only invited immediate family & close important friends...and I know some of those important friends probably won't make it (darn baby makers!!). So, IF we do something, it will be very low cost/low key.

Thanks Nicole & Ann. Yeah, I like those ones too! They are not cheap - $75, but I guess not that bad.

Edyta - definitely the second dress. Love the colors!

Great destination!

That is a fantastic dress! You should have your girls try on something w/a similar neckline to see if it's do-able. Their girls might be too big for something like that...but you never know till you try.

I could have sworn we had a thread going re: earrings and other accessories, but I just couldn't locate it! So, I'm thinking of infusing some color into my wedding day attire. My colors are hues of aqua blue and green (and a few other brights here & there). I found these earings, and I think they are darling:

Not included in the cost is the glue dots & applicator that I have not yet purchased for final assembly and a few rolls of ribbon.
Custom Coozies/Koozies
in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
Posted
So, I got a hair up my butt & decided to research what a custom beer coozie might cost, and I found this great website...Kustom Koozies. I am definitely going to get these for our OOT bags (yes, now this means I am actually doing this). You can order as few as 12 of these, which is cool because all of the other sites I checked required you buy at least 100. They also have cool stock artwork which keeps costs down - or you can submit your custom artwork.
