I'm in a similar situation as Jamy - my guests are staying all over the place, so to deliver them to each hotel/condo would be a nightmare. My plan is to hand them out as I see people & bring the remaining ones to our welcome dinner on Thursday night.

Oh, that is such a cute idea Christine!! I love it. In case you were interested, the clips on the flowers are very strong and the smaller flowers I think would work for a little girl (depending on the amount of hair she has). But I really love that cute flower tiara!!! Where did you find it?

Congrats! How exciting. We just went in to the jeweler to finalize our band choices today. We should have them tomorrow! EEEEK!!!

I can understand close girlfriends/family members saying something like "wow, look at that rock! How many carats?" in a happy-for-you way. But to degrade your ring? Weird... Girls, one of my friends had a similar situation, her hubby's last name wasn't very significant to him since his father had dissapeared from his life early on and his mom changed his name to hers, but not legally - it was a mess! Since they were both going to have to do something about their legal names, they ended up creating a new last name. It is a combo of both of their last names...so they both changed their names! It began as hyphenated, but over the years they just let it run together....

Sarah - first of all, you look fantastic! I was wondering how your intensive workouts were doing for you - I can really see a difference in you!!! I voted for #2 before reading anyone elses post...this is looking like a winner! I also liked #3, but the top seems to come up too high on your chest. I think the diagonal seaming & lace detail on #2 is really working for you...

Ditto what all the girls said. You really have so much time to go before you should worry about people not booking. I know it doesn't feel that way - I totally know you need the validation from people that they are coming, but realize that most people don't book vacations this far in advance. You will see a surge in the 8 weeks preceeding your wedding, at least that's been my experience. It sucks for budgeting purposes, I know! I will also add that I don't have much family coming to our wedding either...but really all the great friends that are coming are family to me anyway. I am disappointed that my dripping with money aunt & uncle aren't making it because they are "moving" on that weekend - I just don't get it...but OH WELL!!

OMG, you girls are too funny! Kash - I almost wore the little orchid in my hair to work today! Then I stopped myself LOL. But, these clips are great...after I stuck it in my hair, I clipped it on my shirt, on my purse...you could pretty much attach these baby's to anything!

Sarah! Those are great....now stop it! Just stop doing all these damn DIY's - now you are making me think I need to do this...no more time for DIY-ing. Must find cheap bags - must know # of guests - must harrass guests to send RSVP's arrgghhh!!
