Like she knew we lived in an apartment/condo on the second floor because of what the cat told her. So, basically, WE ALL HATE THE APARTMENT!!
  2. Mine was "diamond white" which is really a warmer white, very close to ivory& champagne.
  3. OK, so I spoke with Dawn, the pet communicator this morning. I only told her that I wanted to know what was making my cat uncomfortable & what I can do to fix it. Brittany told her that she's not uncomfortable, she's extremely bored & agitated. She wants to go outside & hunt. This makes total sense since she's gone from being an indoor/outdoor cat to strictly indoors. I asked if she would like to go outside on a leash (the only way we can do it right now) and she said "oh, like the dog? we could try that as long as you don't have to carry me to get there" Interesting. I asked Dawn to reassure my cat that we will be moving in about 4 months to a place where she can go outside. Her reply was "that's great, but I'm going to be like this for the next 4 months." LOL! We also talked about food & she said that Brittany likes her food, but she just wants more of it, that she is never satisfied. We also talked about the excessive self grooming & scratching & she said that basically she's just bored. We had tons of time left so I had her talk to our dog who said that she is very happy & loves her family. The only thing is that she doesn't like where we live because she hears sounds of other people all around us & it stresses her out because she doesn't know what is "her territory." She told Dawn that she knows we'll be moving soon, so she's looking forward to that. We also asked the dog about the cat & she said that the cat is ver "mean spirited." LOL! She says she's tried to extend friendship many times & only gets threats in return. So true. Anyway, it was very interesting & it all made a lot of sense.
  4. the best part is i've now been here almost 2 hours & have done nothing. Nice planning people. All of the admin work could easily have been done on monday.
  5. I do feel dizzy Martha! I actually am about to put my head down on my desk & take a nap. My stupid boss & the Supply Chain Mgr are both still sick. Boss is running around like he's a big champion for being sick & doing so much. Other guy just isn't talking. Awesome.
  6. Good for you Michelle! How many visits per month do you get w/the trainer for that rate? I think this will be totally motivating & keep you on track. You will also probably see results faster with a structured program. Excellent job!

  8. Oh joy. Here I am AT WORK. I didn't sleep at all last night partly because I had a fever & partly cuz I was worried about getting fired for not being here at 5am. I kept thinking there is no reason for me to be there at 5 since I am an auditor...and I can't audit till they've counted & the data has been entered in the system. Anyway, here I am, looking like hell, feeling like hell. I am a total zombie. 3 people have told me I look horrible. Thanks Meanwhile, there is nothing for me to do at this point...myself, the controller & a data entry person are twiddling our thumbs waiting for something to do. A-holes.
  9. Mo, my heart goes out to you honey. I am so very sorry to hear all of these things are going on in your life. This is a lot to handle. Lean on your hubby & us!
  10. Wow! Did she have a recent litter of pups before being spayed?
  11. Super gorgeous! I love the train too - very delicate. EEK - congrats!
  12. Well have fun! Yeah, def don't stress about finding the one on your first outing. Do you have an idea of the type of dresses you'd like to try on? It always helps to have that narrowed down a bit to give the salon lady some direction. Well - just enjoy!!
  13. Very flattering! I love the side swept bodice rouching/seaming & the crystals. So, did you get "the feeling" when you had it on??
  14. You girls are so good! I feel like I just totally don't have time, except on the weekends, to work out right now. I know, what a lame excuse. I lost about 10 lbs when we first moved about 4 months ago because I wasn't working & could work out every day. Now that I'm working I suck. I have had AMAZING results with kick boxing and pilates in the past. And I love yoga for chilling me out too.
  15. Yikes! Well, whatever, it's all said and done. Now you just get to focus on the actual big day! Super exciting! Best wishes.
  16. My hubby loves him a mojito, but they are damn arduous to make at home. He found a Mojito mix that you just add ice & rum to. It's a little sweet for me, so I add sparkling water to it. Your version sounds cheaper tho! Enjoy sistah. I just made myself a very watered down cranberry mixer, vodka & sparkling water. My husband told me thats not good for me when i'm sick. He's probably right.
  17. Thanks Lauren for showing me the way. Teeth brushing is very important.

Yes, definitely sweats. I may not even brush my teeth. I'm not sure if that will just embarrass the hell out of me or make them feel REALLY bad.

My boss started getting sick the day before me. Seriously people. I told my FI to get one of the shotguns out of storage - that's how mad I am.

Hahaha...oh Stephanie. You are a beauty!
  21. Thanks Jessalyn Long time no see! Oh yeah, you bet, they are going to get a really bitchy moody sick person all day tomorrow. As far as I'm concerned they can all just bite it.
  22. Yeah well, I didn't really "agree" to anything - I was told I had to be there just like every one els. They get what they get. It was my boss' stupid choice to keep sick people at work, so now he has another sicky who doesn't get up at 4 am on Saturdays.
  23. I don't know! I really don't think there is any way I can get there at that time, and you know what, I am sick! I'm not going to make myself sicker because a bunch of a-holes want to watch a freaking football game. My role in the process is that of auditor anyway. So as far as I'm concerned, they can start their counting at 5 and I'll start auditing at 8. I am just so pissed I could scream &/or cry right now.
