I was feeling extraordinarily fat & just couldn't take it any more. I think just tracking things makes me competitive with myself! Funny how that works. Anyway, I am allowed 23 points per day. I have come to grips with the fact that my preference for a couple glasses of wine after work is a major problem. I didn't have any last night & went to the gym instead. Getting old sucks!

I used Suzanne Morel's salon for hair & makeup. Although Suzanne was totally involved in the whole planning process, she did not personally do my hair. She was there for the trial & threw in her ideas and expertise. I was extremely happy with the service I received. I don't remember any reviews of ladies not being happy with the outcome with this salon.

All of the sudden there is way more tv to watch than I can handle! I totally missed this...wait, I was probably asleep. My husband will die when he sees there is a 2nd season of this show.

Well I guess I'm pretty much an idiot because I printed our return address in the upper left hand corner of the envelope. I may have done it out of simplicity for printing purposes...can't really remember!

We can't wait for it to start! The first few weeks are the absolute best hours of TV ever.

LOL! Oh, how I remember hitting the point where I was kicking myself for ever starting the DIY invite thing. You'll get through it with a few war wounds & a bruised psyche, and if you are like me you will vow never to step foot in a craft store again. Great job Leigh! That is wonderful news...and how encouraging for you to keep on the program. Hmmm, maybe I should look into this?

Wow, I never heard that one! I say take it! But I know what you are saying, as if your invitation was only to solicit a gift of some sort when in reality you really wanted these people to come celebrate your day.

I feel like today there are lots of threads that capture the same exact frustrations I had in the 3 months preceding our wedding! Sorry you are dealing with this Jen. But, bottom line, people are just not following the program, for whatever reason, and it just sucks huh? Nothing you can do short of hassling the hell out of them morning, noon & night until they book. Better, you just gotta let them be the adults that they are & let 'em figure it out Stupid people!

Yes, very much so. thanks for asking! The funny thing is the original guy who brought the sickness into our dept is still sick - coughing & hacking. So is my boss. I am so glad I stayed home Friday, esp since I had to work Sat. I've just been resting a lot & pumping the fluids & vitamins.

We took a drive out to our lot today to see how the neigborhood is progressing. Much to our surprise, they've already begun pouring the foundation!!
