    Hi Christine, I am happy to help. I will be in LA Dec 23-26 and I have a wedding in SF on Dec. 29th but other than that will be around in SF. Another place that is beautiful for a small wedding is Landmark Vineyards, Ginger is the contact there and they can do weddings of 50 people and under and it is reasonable. It is 15 minutes north of Sonoma. You would hire a caterer such as Elaine Bell Catering to do the catering. Happy holidays! Angela

    Hi, I actually just stayed at Silverado over the weekend in Napa. I really love this resort, it is not the most modern but is lovely and has great service.     I spoke with Pablo the owner/manager and he was very helpful. You can have a beach bonfire dinner for $24 per person. He charges 40.00 per bonfire which is a steal compared to Baja Beach Cantina charging 650.00 per bonfire. He was very nice and to make my reservation I did not even have to give him a deposit.

    Hello, I received a quote from Mazarte floral and they quoted me $1500 for a bouquet for me. Yes $1500 !!! I could not believe it and I was appalled. When they sent me photos of the chuppah /altar decor I really liked it and they quoted $700 which is not too bad. But then they sent over photos of the bouquets and they were HIDEOUS.

    Thanks for the feedback! That is great to know...I might have to rethink.. We are expecting 40-50 people for our wedding at Cabo del Sol next April and we booked Cabo Max - the band for 3 hours (along with a mariachi). Ourselves and lots of our guests are staying at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica so I am hoping that is a good choice and it sounds like it is.     Hi, I also would like to know if anyone has had any experience here. I have been communicating with Mona at Baja Cantina as we are planning to throw a welcome dinner here for our guests. She is trying to charge us $650 for a bonfire and tiki torches on top of the dinner/bar costs which I think is ludicrous! Beware of this added fee! Thanks,

    Since you all are on the subject of wedding dresses...I thought I would ask a question! Do you think it is better to have a white dress or champagne/ivory dress if the wedding is outdoors? Or does it matter? The ivory looks better on my skin so I was wondering if this would be appropriate for a spring wedding? I appreciate anyone's input!

    If you go to weather.com, and post a town and date, it will tell you exactly when the sunsets. They even have a special section for weddings.
