One can never go wrong getting me a snowman. I LOVE those little criters! It was me! It was me! This has been the most nerve wrecking time, waitingfor your response. I thought you didn't like any of it. I am glad you liked everything, it was fun looking for different snowmen.

Sarah, here's my two cents. Both are nice and the glitter grass really pops, but the sophistication and simple elegance of the orchid is GREAT! I'd suggest filling vases with floral foam and moss. you could also do reall orchids from the home depot. I agree with velvet seeimg too heavy but it didn't photograph that way at all. As long as it's cruched you may be okay. I think that will turn out beautifully! Are you intending to use tealights or votives?

Welcome aboard! You've been a membeer for a while (June 2006), glad you introduced yourself. I AM a Cabo bride and we may cross paths since we leave June 24th!! I am one of the many Dreams' brides but I am familiar with the Presidente. Good luck to you and I can't wait to hear the details

Yes Karla, it took everything that I had to wait and open the card. The card turned out wonderfully! Thank you so much for your gifts... I was jumping around with excitement. I am such a dork! Everything you picked out was perfect... so me... it was rather amazing since we've never met but the style was so right on.

Photo Albums as Favors
JPMO replied to Christine's topic in Wedding Registry, Wedding Gift Bags, and OOT bags
Crate and Barrel had some really cute patent leather photo albums and coordinating luggage tags. The last time I saw them was at the outlet. In addition I really like the idea of gifting guests with passport covers. -
Printing Question

Sarah, I am not quite sure about the black totes. See if your local Michael's or Hobby Lobby has them. I would imagine that they work the same but I never actually tried it. All of the brides that I am aware of either used the natural color or dyed the natural color to a semi-light color. Transfer paper pricing. At .99 a sheet I think that may be high since you can get a pack of 20 or so for $12. but keep in mind that it comes in many qualities. Like I may have mentioned before I even purchased from the dollar store. Kate, the iron-on route is supposed to be rather reliable. Most packages state that once the image is on it can withstand additional ironing and washing. I honestly think that if is lasts one washing that's good. For me it's just the idea of everyone having there bag. Somewhere here Tammy(host) mentioned how good it felt to have guests recognized by other guests becasue of the bags. Tha'ts the feeling I was going for. Now that we can afford to upgrade to the teachers tote/boat bag... they can reuse it without any hesitations. -

You have various options that I think Kinko's can help with but I haven't priced it myself. OOT bags: The basic canvas (.99) totes are created by using iron-on transfer paper. Your home printer or Kinkos canprint the color transfers and you DIY. I've personally opted to upgrade the tote to a boat bag and forgo the personalization, I'll just do a tag. Including bag the DIY route should average $1.50e Golf shirts: I found a seller on Ebay 135./12 including the logo embroidery ($11.25e) eBay: 12 POLO GOLF Shirts w/ FREE EMBROIDERED LOGO Wholesale (item 130060867584 end time Dec-25-06 18:32:46 PST) I am thinking about visors as well and if so I'll DIY with the iron on applique. -
Plaza Las Glorias in Puerto Vallarta

I just checked my timeshare catalog through RCI and no luck. That's odd too since they work with a lot of properties. Have you looked online for additional pictures? Furthermore, it's nice that your mom's friend offered but keep in mind that she may be further away from all of the activities. Especially, if other family will be on property. Maybe mom can stay an extra week and use it. -

I waived the signature so I hope it didn't get picked up. Worse, what if she opened it and didn't like it...

That's my favorite too! MOH is supposed to wear that one. She just announced her pregnancy, but swears that she'll be there... Who knows! -
Welcome, Glad to have you on board. I read through the post and second the nomination for Tammy as your TA. I would've used Tammy but she wan't in business at the time. Secondly, having an agent will make it that much easier for you. While I still have guests who ask me about airfare, hotel pricing etc. I always refer them to either the TA or the wedding website. You'll find the more vendors you employ to help the easier it is to deal with. I have one simple rule... don't take on tasks that are better handled by the professionals. Plus, if you aren't skilledin negotiation a TA and WC can really assist in that department. Good luck and can't wait to hear all of the details!

So, Lenita you've received plenty of responses but I had to chime in. I voted no since I though about my guests. We only offered one accommidation option, any guest staying off property had to fend for themselves. However, after reading everyone's responses I agree just pay for her. The new problem is what if you can't really afford to pay for everyone else? Make sure she keeps your arrangement under wraps. Good luck!

I currently have 4 girls wearing different styles. They are from CocoMyles - Custom Formal Wear in orange charmeuse. Here's how 2 of them will look, they will also be shortened to tea length: http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/4...100IbN2zRqxZMY http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/4...100IbN2zRqxZMY -

Edtya, that's a really pretty dress! The detail at the bustline is so Mexico! -
We are also coordinating a group golf outing. For our wedding weekend from Thurs.- Sun. the golf is scheduled for Fri. Thus far, I haven't been able to get rates for June, but I did request this info approx. 6 months ago. The rates are nearly cut in half from my understanding if it's June -October, off season. There are quite a few courses, over 5, but the best ones are crazy expensive. No one has been willing to offer group rates either. I will keep you posted. I think that the guys may be playing the Cabo Del Sol course. Janet, I have already told FI that we have to do the canopy tour while HM in Cabo. It sounds like lots of fun.

Opinion's Desperatly Needed!
JPMO replied to Jackie's topic in Wedding Etiquette, Traditions, to dos
Having some of your closest friends there is a great choice. Especially, since your intitial idea was for 30+ people. That's a nice compromise. I think that if it were just you two, you may regret it in the end. -
Congrats Christine!!! It's so much fun.

Cute little starfish for decorations
JPMO replied to LCBride2007's topic in Wedding Flowers, decoration, cake, etc.
These are great to affix to menu cards and escort cards. Even votives, it'll hide the seam it the votives are ribbon wrapped.
