We did tall vases with 3 gerber daisies each for $15/table if you decide you DO want flowers - they brought the colors together and looked very pretty. We also had large fishbowls with shells, sand and water with floating off-white candles from Michael's that honestly looked even prettier then the flowers once the sun went down. Tara - Are you sure you need a perm? Your hair is so pretty! I have to admit I haven't met anyone who's had a perm in a long time so I'm not too much help... BUT that being said you do have lots of time before your wedding incase you don't like it. So if you're going to do it - do it sooner rather than leter... just in case !

I say wait because it doesn't sounds like you are madly in love with this dress and feelings about dresses have a tendency to change overtime. i think if you bought it now you would just end up finding something you love later and end up looking for a buyer... a PITA!

By the way the light green is part of the cardboard it comes on and not part of the clip. White/pale pink flower clip (also from Flowerclip.com) also never used and the light green is the original cardboard it comes on - $5 Brown leather journal from Barnes & Noble with off-white pages. I bought this to write the ceremony in for our officiant but he had already bought one. It has a long leather string that wraps around it to keep it closed and the paper edges have a soft edge to them making them feel almost handmade. It's great because after the wedding it's nice to keep as a physical example of your vows... $7

SORRY - THESE ITEMS ARE SOLD! OK - so I bought WAY too many palm fans... 38 of these fans have ribbon tied around the handle in a bouquet style. Ribbon colors are red, orange, peach & yellow. The ribbons aren't glued on so if you don't like them they can be easily unwrapped. These are medium size fans purchased from Bliss Weddings Market. I put one next to a normal sized magazine (yes, it's an US Weekly) so you can see their approximate size. They do vary a bit in size with some being a little bigger and some being a little smaller but they're all pretty much the same. $20 plus shipping for all 50 of them...

I bought candles and never ended up using them... I have the following available. SORRY THIS ITEM IS SOLD! I bought this ivory lace edge mantilla at a Monique Lhuillier sample sale at the ML store in Beverly Hills. I never used it because I ended up getting a very long one instead. But this one is really beautiful - sorry I don't think I have it on right in the picture! Anyway I'm pretty sure this is French Alencon lace (I think... I know my longer one is) and the lace is really beautiful. I kind of wish I had worn this one it's so pretty - but there's no reason to just keep it in my closet! Anyway it has never been used in a wedding but since it's a sample it does have a tiny (unnoticeable when worn) hole in the tulle up near the comb. Its about the size of the tip of a pinky (see picture where I have my pinky stuck through to show where it is). I would love to sell it for $25 plus the shipping cost (not much, right? maybe a few dollars in the US and a bit more to Canada?) If you're interested send me a PM! Beautiful inspiration picture! Blue and orange always look so striking together - I think they're complementary colors actually. I like the boxes without the ribbon - it lets you see the beautiful paper more...

We loved our Welcome Dinner at Baja Cantina on Medano Beach. We had the taco buffet for $21/person plus open bar for 3 hours. It is a gorgeous location looking out over el arco - right on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. We had a bus pick everyone up from the Hilton and drive us there and back - it's a little hard to find if you had to drive there yourself...

I love them too! We got our STDs, magnets from them and I also got a free address stamp thing with our names and address... They're great!

wow! That IS a scary story!!!! I normally take my ring off at bedtime/shower/yoga but I'm starting to think that maybe I should see if I can just leave it on around the clock - if I can get used to sleeping and exercising with it on... I am SO glad you found it - I was already feeling horrible for you thinking it was gone! How hilarious where you ended up finding it!

I managed the music for our close friends' ceremony but I have it say that it sort of stunk because I basically missed the entire walk down the aisle, etc. and had to sit in the back... however that was off a stereo that was hidden in a side room so it might be different with an ipod... but that being said it can also save you a lot of money so ask a friend and just make sure that you thank them with a dinner or sokmething afterwards

I did my own and I think they looked pretty good. I mean they weren't professional but they were definitely pretty. I just bought a fine/medium point black calligraphy pen (well pens) and just practiced a bit first.

Honestly I think Nutri-system will be just as good. ZoneChefs was OK - not terrific. I also did Sunfare once and the food was amazing but I really didn't lose any weight! Anyway I am dying to hear how Nutrisystem is! Do you know if they have a veg menu?

Dan generally cooks in our house. I used to but his food tastes better and while I like my food I'm not sure he exactly loves it... I always am tryign to cut oil and calories and use wheat pasta and all these things he doesn't want... But whoever cooks the other one has to do the dishes. But I think I'm a very lucky lady for finding a renaissance man who can cook and clean! I HATE to clean - i mean really HATE it!
