Great to hear that...patty is a bdw agent! Not all agents are created equal. 95% of our business are large destination wedding groups so we are pretty prepared for groups.

well, not always. I am a TA and I do not consider myself rude, unorganized OR a liar. we do provide a service for our clients and most are quite happy with the service that we provide. also, most TA's can price match or price beat. I DOUBT your fiance knows more about travel and destination weddings than the travel agents here on BDW. ps. just so you know, this forum is owned and paid for by a travel agency and I see it has been a big part of your planning so indirectly a travel agency has already helped you and your wedding. maybe the problem isn't the fact that you are using a TA but that you are NOT using a BDW TA.

the summers are always slow...people are out doing stuff but it will most likely pick up in winter. also, we have the region sections so people have broken up in groups like "toronto brides' etc....to do their chit chatting. but i i am exhausted from this weekend... a bday party and then we went "fishing"...we really went to the lake and my son got to use his fishing pole that did not have hook or bait on it.
