You might want to try one of the BDW Travel Agents. We Specialize in Destination weddings. I am a cabo bride and am very familiar with the area. With some resorts you do not need to hire a WC as they have a very solid wedding department. Others, you will def. need to hire one so you best strategy would be to find out what resort you want to get married at, then see if you will need an offsite WC.
