Welcome to BDW! Dreams Tulum is a great place to get married. I am a past Dreams bride (but in cabo). The drive to tulum can be a little long for some people. Have you thought of doing a site visit? Karisma Hotels and one of their resorts would be perfect for your group. Azul Beach is a smaller boutique resort. Karisma Hotels is offering this great promotion called Karisma Bride's Dress Rehearsal for brides that if you have NOT booked your wedding with them. You and your fiance can stay at any one of their resorts for $399, meet the wedding department, check out wedding locations, taste the food, meet wedding vendors, etc. Then you can expend your stay for a few days to check out the other resorts. Karisma Hotels (Azul Sensatori) is offering this great promotion called Karisma Bride's Dress Rehearsal for brides that if you have NOT booked your wedding with them. You and your fiance can stay at any one of their resorts for $399, meet the wedding department, check out wedding locations, taste the food, meet wedding vendors, etc. Then you can expend your stay for a few days to check out the other resorts. Palace and Karisma hotels offer the most amenities with a group block like private events, etc. but NOW is still offering the 3G promo so for every 5 rooms booked you get the 6th free (max 3 free rooms, must be through group block). We Specialize in Destination weddings and know all those properties really well. You will LOVE working with TA Babs! She has a great relationship with Azul Hotels! We were just there a couple of weeks ago. The resort is beautiful! One of our faves!! Regarding next steps: 1. If you are going to do a Karisma Bride's Dress Rehearsal, TA Babs will help schedule that for you. 2. If you are not going to do the Dress Rehearsal and just want to book your date, TA Babs can help you with that as well. We usually get a quicker response from the resort. 3. Once your date has been confirmed, if you are doing a group block, we will request the contract and negotiate the amenities with the block. 4.. Once your date and time is booked, you will be assigned a wedding coordinator at the hotel to help with your wedding details.

thanks for the recommendation! We have great relationships with both The Beloved and Azul Sensatori. The Beloved is a smaller resort so you will def. want to do a group block as it sells out often. Azul Sensatori offers us some great amenities for group blocks so that is a great reason to block rooms!

the Karisma Bride's Dress Rehearsal is totally worth it. I just posted the link to all the perks you get by going. The $500 food and beverage credit pays for the stay.
