ok, i am not 100% sure but it is like kudos/reputation...so say you make a great post and someone secretly give your positive karma/reputation, it will go up...to give someone positive points, at the end of a post if you found it really helpful or imformative go to the bottom left hand corner and there is a white icon, click it and it says "add to reputation"

Glen Johnson Website Glen Johnson is a wedding photographer with a unique blend of photojournalistic and contemporary styles. He travels regularly for destination weddings throughout the world. If you are planning a destination wedding, please don't let the distance keep you from getting outstanding photography. For a little more than the price of a plane ticket, you can get the same quality photographic service on a beach in the caribbean as you could get in any large city in the US. In the Image Gallery links above, you'll find several slideshows with hundreds of large pictures and beautiful music to set the mood. As you might expect, each show will take a few minutes to load even on a fast connection. If you're looking for exceptional wedding photography, its worth the wait. If you are planning a destination wedding, I would love to work with you to create a set of wedding photos that capture the true essence of your day. Whether your wedding is in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Trident Castle, Round Hill Resort, Rockhouse resort, Beaches Bescobel, Sandals, Half moon Bay, the Ritz Carlton, or elsewhere in Jamaica.... we will gladly meet you there to capture your wedding day in a beautiful photojournalistic style. I also travel to Negril, Ocho Rios, Dunn's River Resort, Jamaica, Trident Castle, Half Moon Bay, Royal Plantation, Runaway Bay, Doctor's Beach, Tryall club, Port Antonio Round Hill Resort and any of the resort hotels and beaches on the island.
