    Have you looked into the Azul Sensatori in Jamaica. It is new and many of our Indiam brides love karisma resorts because of their food.

    oy. Charter flights are great because they are cheaper but these are some of the issues that you come across. Usually wedding dates are booked months in advance. i am not sure, is this a legal or symbolic ceremony? A symbolic would add some flexibility but with a 60 person group your wedding and reception choices are limited because of size. Can you email the WC directly to see if there is any flexibility for your wedding... i used to email [email protected]

    Unless rooms are blocked off the resort can sell out so they are not available. it happens all the time. You can read all over the forum with rooms NOT being available. Even when we quote rooms, we put a disclaimer that rates and availability are NOT guaranteed until room booked and deposits paid.

    February is a beautiful time in Cabo! I am a past cabo bride and familiar with many of the wedding vendors so let me know if you need any suggestions.

    We do these types of "groups" as well. The downside is that price and availability are not guaranteed so people may be paying way different rates or not have rooms at all.

    Most of the larger resorts do charge a similar outside vendor fee. One way people have gotten around that fee is to have their vendor stay at the resort as a guest. Then they do not usually have any additional fee. Please note that sometimes resorts have a minimum stay (like 2 nights).

    For a legal ceremony it is a requirement to get your blood drawn. If you have a symbolic ceremony, you can skip that step.
