I'm not sure what I would put in them and I feel like they'll just get abandoned when people pack up to leave... but then again I'M still drinking out of the customized cups we got at my friend's wedding in the Bahamas (which was lovely byt he way)... OK, so my answer totally didn't help or answer your question! I would be a little worried about the M&Ms melting but you know those things stand up to a lot on their way to the store so maybe they'd be fine? kash, people loved the OOT bags...and it made it easier to identify who was lounging where by the pool..everyone still has theres...my co-worker still carries hers EVERYDAY! and my sister...(so do I)...and our friends that didn't go all want the bag...people really use them all the time for groceries, etc. i used canvas bags so they could be used as grocery bags...they were a huge hit!

We decided to go ahead anyway knowing that it could be just us and our parents. It still might turn out that way- who knows! But, we are going to go and have a beautiful time anyway, no matter who is there. steve and i just watched our AHR and it was EXACTLY what we didn't want...we are soooo glad we didn't have to have our real wedding with a bunch of people we didn't care to see. those that are supposed to be at your wedding will...whether in body or spirit...

Then we stayed at the Riu for 4 days and on our last night there I was up all night long and attached to the toilet. I literally got less than 2 hours of sleep because I was so sick. Then for the next 2 weeks I couldn't get too far from a bathroom (sorry, TMI). Jeff had a milder case than me, but his stomach was kinda a mess too. The only thing I could think of that night was that we ate at the steakhouse on the resort for the first time, and for the first time I had salad. Jeff only had a couple bites (probably why he wasn't as bad), but I ate the whole salad. By a strange coincidence, we ran into a high school classmate of Jeff's on her honeymoon at Riu while we were there and spent some time with them, but they left three days after us. When we got back, I started going to her for facial treatments (she's an aesthetician) and found out that she and her husband had the exact same problem, and they ate at the steakhouse and had the salad... Lesson to be learned for me- NO SALAD! Maybe it's better at other places, but I only want to go through that one time in my life. Do you know how miserable it is to work a 12 hour shift and need to run to the bathroom constantly?? sarah, try to get a prescription of cipro for your wedding, kay? just in case it happens again the cipro should take care of it... and not to scare anyone getting married at riu but they were having some big food issues, with lots of people getting sick but it seems to be resolved. for some reason i read that the whole resort at riu is not on a filtered water system. some review said that on some bathrooms there are stickers that say the sink water is not filtered. but like i said, these issues seem to be reseolved.

Jennifer Hatton~Cake Diva (Los Cabos)
TammyWright replied to TammyWright's topic in Cabo Wedding Vendors
I wanted to let you guys know there are actualy 2 e-mails for chef hatton. I had: [email protected] I didn't hear back from her for pricing, but she just sent me an e-mail indicating her primary e-mail is: [email protected] I don't think she checks the first one very often. Too bad because I would've liked to have her pricing to consider. Oh well. Anyone else who is considering using her should use both e-mails to get pricing/ info. -Trisha & Brendan Dreams Resort May 13, 2006 -
