i agree with tammy.. book your photographer...do not wait, the better ones book early. also, ask the WC at riu to send you a menu so you can pick out possible dinner choices and have a tasting when you get there. also, send them pics of flowers and cakes you want and see if they can do it and how much.

welcome to the forum...your vow renewal sounds wonderful. PB sunset is a fantastic place to have it. Have you talked to their events coordiantor? would they do a private event for you (private dinner on the beach)...if not, i am sure you can hire a WC to help you coordinate the ceremony and small dinner. we have a few on the board as members.

well, i have a client getting married in florence but they haven't made it far enough in their planning to come on the forum yet...this forum is fairly new (less than a year old) and has only been at this address since late august.
