  2. i did microderm, obagi, and laser in conjuction and it got rid of all my old acne scars...
  3. my friend/client just got back from el dorado... the best tour is the tulum/xel-ha tour and they have a swim with dolphins part there but she was going to do it but didnt because the dolphins seemed sad...i did it in cancun and did not like it at all. thought it was kind of cruel. the day is so long, if you start with an early day wedding...1. it will be hot...2. i think the resort only gives you so much time for a private event so you will have to figure out something for your guests to do from the late morning ceremony to dinner.
  4. leigh, amazing job!!! maybe when i am ready you can take some preggy pics...i am in san fran ladies, you all look so beautiful...i am so proud of you guys!!

  8. welcome to the forum! the gals on here are the best!!
  9. well, even if you do a scouting trip, there are so many resorts in RM that it will take your forever to visit them so first narrow down your choices. 1. AI or non AI? 2. kids or adults only? 3. price range?
  10. there are a few mother of the brides on here that are sooo active...i am sure they will pipe in soon!
  11. if you have some extra $$, i say go for it...if not, do not sweat it...we love watching our video because the day goes by so quickly that it is easy to miss all the great little details that are happening.
  12. well, it sounds like mexico may be your best bet for everyone...jamaica may be too far to travel for your west coasters... cabo, puerto vallarta, cancun/riviera maya...are all great destinations. hawaii is great as well but will be really long and espensive for your east coasters.
  13. welcome punky...i am also in san fran...i chose cabo because it is a really short flight and if you can find them, the flight prices can be cheap (i just found some for $298 a person!).. what areas are you leaning towards? what is your perperson budget? will you have kids or adults only?

I'm hoping people will re-use them, maybe as grocery bags. we didnt put our names on ours either and EVERYONE still uses them...my sisters, mom, even people that didnt go to mexico but got a bag.
  16. i think this is an easy one...your nana and aunt knew when you were having your bachelorette party...really, they should have asked you first if the new date was ok...i think you should go have fun at your bachelorette party and if you feel rotten the next day, explain why. it really is their problem.
  17. i worked out with a trainer and i did weights...curls, these extension thingies where i am on a bench and i have my elbows tight to my body and extend back...let me see if i can find my workout journal and post what i was doing...i remember 3 sets of 12 reps each workout...but my arms got really toned quickly from weights
  18. i posted this in the OOT thread: Quote: we were brining down stuff for 60 people and i was def. worried about the stuff going through customs...what i did was split the stuff between bags and had some go in my mom and dads bag...i wasnt worried about the OOT bags but was mainly worried about the many bottle of sunscreen i had... also, it is a little bit of a clusterfuck (excuse my french) there...so we got all clustered right before the button(you have to press it-get red and you get checked, green-you go through)....as soon as steve pushed green, i pushed him through with ALL the bags with the stuff in it. that way if i pushed red, they would only search my small bags with out anything in it. if steve had pressed red, and i pressed red (which wouldn't happen) i would have left the stuff with my parents right behind us in line.

  21. i did canvas bags...everyone loved them and they were part of the gift and people used them the entire part of the trip. people are still using them as grocery bags, etc.
