ta maureen is right. if you do not check the "remember me" box when logged in, it logs you out periodically as a safety precaution. this is very common with most sites where you have to log in (facevook, baking sites).

promotions change with resorts and time of booking. like alot of times they will offer promos if you are booking off season, or in the case of dreams they were offering that promo when things were a little slow but it is no longer available. for palace resorts the free nights/upgrades is pretty readily available and on their website. it is really hard to give a blanket explanation because each resort chain does things differently. also, what people don't realize is that even if you get a complimentary room, sometimes it is at the cost of having a higher rate overall...it is not always you get the lowest rate AND complimentary room so you really need to run the numbers to see what will work best for you and your group.

yes, dreams has easy beach access and straw huts and chaise lounges on the beach as well as hammocks. it is too rough to swim but i have seen people in the water although i do not recommend it. there is a swimmable beach about 10-15 walk away and they do a daily walk to the swimmable beach in the morning.

sarah actually got her email address hacked into recently. i wouldnt be surprised if that is why she has not responded to your emails. i agree with carly. have you tried pming her through the forum or calling her? technology is great but sometimes things happen, like emails go to junk folders, emails get hacked....if it has been awhile and you have not heard back, try another method of getting a hold of them.

janine, thanks for the coupon. i just got the email for their latest sales. they have beach bunny bathing suit line which has some very racy bathing suits (i am too fat to wear them). and on tuesday the CUTEST baby girl clothes. you should check them out.
