I'm somewhat new to this website.  Me and my fiance have been together for almost 4 years and we are getting married in Costa Rica , Flamingo Beach in February 2011.  It seems like time is flying by!  I have a lot already accomplished, but I still feel like there is a lot left to do.  I'm working on our welcome bags and I wanted to get them shipped down there in advance to put in the guests rooms.  We have about 36 people coming to our wedding.  Anyways I look forward to chatting with you all and getting some more ideas!!

Welcome and congratulations!!!   Have you contacted the resort to see if they will allow you to ship the bags down in advance?  I've heard that many resorts do not allow you to send them ahead of time, so if you haven't checked yet - definitely do that!  If you have, I'm jealous because I wish we could do it!!!
