Hello Everyone!

 

I'm figured I would start this thread and we April 2011 Brides can help each other out.

 

Since we have about 12 1/2 months till our day. I'm still trying to narrow down a resort. I do know that we are getting married on April 2, 2011 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

 

I have little bits and pieces in mind. But I would like us to help each other put all the pieces together.

 

So, tell me where you are in planning, and pretty much anything you are feeling having troubles with whatever.

 

 

For me I'm still stressing over the LOCATION.

Im a April 2nd , 2011 Bride also!!!! congrats! We have chosen on Maui, Hawaii, more specifically Lahaina... and we are looking at locations but have pretty much narrowed in on Olowalu plantation! yay!

Wow! Congrats. We have pretty much chosen the GP resort also. But I'm waiting to hear from them and our TA. Nothing booked yet though. Are people telling you that the wedding is too far away? I have many people saying that to me. But I think our date is perfect.

I'm April 8th 2011. We've booked for the Riviera Maya in Mexico and I'm going to look at dresses in the next few weeks

 

Have you both looked at anything else other than the location yet?

I accidentally saw a dress in Macy's that I'm very interested in by Demetris. But I have not made the appointment yet to go try it on.

Have you or are you going to send out save the dates? Is it too early?

I have sent mine - its quite expensive to go to Mexico from the UK so wanted everyone to have as much notice as possible about the cost!

 

Its too early officially but hey who cares!

I'm an April 2011 Bride as well! We have not set a specific date yet as we are still waiting to decide on our exact location and hotel in Costa Rica. I have my STDs almost ready to go, I wanted to get them out so we can give everyone a full years notice.

 

I've already tried dresses on too! I couldn't help it, but am trying to wait a little longer before buying so I don't find one in a few months I like better.

What are you guys doing for bouquets for your BM's?

I am an April 22nd 2011 bride. We just booked our location for Le Kliff in Puerto Vallarta. I am sending out save the dates ASAP as well so that people have plenty of time to plan!
