Jillian Harris is the new Bachelorette!!

I must say I was a big Ed fan! I was sad to see him leave and then was so happy when he came back.

I think they can make it work, but looking at the track record of couples from this show it may be a slim chance.

I was happy to see her pick Ed. I like geeky and weird so that's probably why !

I am SOOO HAPPY she picked Ed!!! not only is he hot but totally sincere and mature - i think they are great together!

as for Reid - that "come back" was so super lame!!! WTF? did he really think she was going to throw everything to the wind? OMG

P.S. he lives in the same town as me and i know a bunch of people that know him. not going to comment past that but i am glad she didn't pick him!

and Kiptyn - he is going to have 1000 ladies in waiting - he is a true sweetheart but I think Ed is a much better fit!

i hope they work out like Trista and Ryan and there is no drama like stupid Jason!

I really liked him from the beginning. I do not think he is geeky one bit. Reid was the way bigger dork IMO. I cannot believe he had the you know what to go all the way back thinking he could just sweep her off her feet! SERIOUSLY that was lame of him.

Ed is genuine, sure he left in the beginning but I don't think he thought he would fall for her the way that he did. I mean he did come back!

Anyway...I am so glad to see those two end up together! they are cute

I have been looking forward to this night for such a long time...and guess what?!?! I MISSED IT!!! I have seen every other episode of this season and have watched it faithfully every Monday night. I cannot believe that I totally forgot what day it was!?!?

I normally work Mon-Fri but I had booked today off as a vacation day...went to the beach with the kids and some friends...was having so much fun...time just slipped away and we didn't get home until 11pm. Since I wasn't at work...I wasn't in my regular Monday schedule...and totally forgot about the show!!! I can't believe it...I'm so disappointed!!!

But on a positive note...I had a great time with the kids and friends today

Yeahhh!! I'm so happy she went with Ed! There just seemed to be more of a connection between the two of them. I hope that they have the happily ever after ending

I agree that Reid's comeback was lame . I can't believe that he had the guts to get down on one knee after she nixed him the week before.

I am so annoyed at the ending!! I think it is because I read spoiler sites all season, and all along people have "spilled" that Ed was dating two different girls in Chicago when he left for the Bachelorette, was texting with them throughout the season, and that is the real reason he left - that producers made him leave to go fix the situation and end it with the girls. I should never have read all that, because otherwise I like them together. I'm trying to get on to the site today to see what the dish is, but it is overloaded!

I don't really know what to think.

I've had this thing against Ed since he left. I liked him before that, but since he came back I always felt like he went home took care of his work so he could come back. Plus I think his career if very important to him, not a bad thing. But I think after some time after they've settled together and there isn't a bunch of hype anymore he may do it again.

Plus I think Kiptyn came SO far. I was so upset when she got rid of him.

I really just can't picture Jill/Ed kids...........

But Reids comeback was REALLY lame, I was disspointed that she was considering what to do instead of just saying no. I just wouldn't be able to say yes to someone who hadn't met my family, especially when family is so close to her. How could she even think of saying yes i'll marry you when they hadn't met him. She should have just flat out said no.
