Yes, I know... I'm more of the "instant gratification" type so this will be rough!
Did upper body weights, abs and push-ups today.

Thinking about starting the "body for life" challenge. It's a 12 week program, that my sister went on, and she looked amazing and so toned afterwards! Has anyone here done that? Give any advice? I'm a huge fan of tae bo, and that seems to be the only regimen fun enough for me to keep going with!

Went to 30-minute "Total Body Blast" and 15-minute ABS at lunch today. I am very stiff and can barely move after a few runs on the wakeboard and surfboard yesterday in the lake. This time I was able to get up on the wakeboard and drank less water.

Did chest and shoulder weights yesterday then played kickball.

 

But... I am so excited because I am down 18 lbs from where I started in Feb! Thats just 12 away from my wedding goal :) My BD pics are in 3 weeks so I am going to set a goal of another 5 by then. Thanks for all of the motivation!!!
