I was gonna say this too. This book goes over NFP. Also another great link would be a another forum hahaha where the majority of them use this method. PM if you would like the link. We were doing this by charting like Kat said. Taking your temperature knowing when you are fertile. Though we were doing it for TTC not TTA. But I recommend the book as your first step.

I was going to suggest TCOYF as well. I actually think everyone should read that book!

 

You might want to use a back up plan for the first few months, or begin charting now so you can get a really good idea about how your cycles work.

A pram costs alot more than $500 dollors is my first response and filling out charts etc just seems so time consuming in my honest opinon.Think of all the fun you could be having insted of completing a journal wink wink xx
