Natural Family Planning anyone?

I was gonna say this too. This book goes over NFP. Also another great link would be a another forum hahaha where the majority of them use this method. PM if you would like the link. We were doing this by charting like Kat said. Taking your temperature knowing when you are fertile. Though we were doing it for TTC not TTA. But I recommend the book as your first step.

I would not trust it, there are too many variables.... Also your most horny when you are ovulating... that would just suck you have to skip that every month hehe

Also, i wanted to add in that DH and I did NFP for 2 years successfully before our wedding - we were 'natural' and then used condoms the fertile week - it worked great!

I was going to suggest TCOYF as well. I actually think everyone should read that book!

 

You might want to use a back up plan for the first few months, or begin charting now so you can get a really good idea about how your cycles work.

yeah I HATE the pill!

the Pill is the only reason I'm regular with light periods I'm not going off it... and will not be happy when I am TTC hehehe

I hear ya! I like having a period come at the same time every month!

A pram costs alot more than $500 dollors is my first response and filling out charts etc just seems so time consuming in my honest opinon.Think of all the fun you could be having insted of completing a journal wink wink xx
