Help finding the garter I need

I am looking for a certain style so if anyone can find it let me know!

I want it to be black with skull prints on it!

Do you know anyone who is somewhat skilled at sewing? I don't think too much skill is required

My mom is making my garter - it sounds pretty easy! you just have to sew 2 pieces of ribbon together (in this case - ribbon/material with skulls) - put elastic inside it, and scrunch it all together, then add whatever embellishment you want on to it.

Hmmm, well my Grandma can sew, but she might think Im a nut job for the material I want. LOL But that is a good idea. Maybe Ill see if someone can make one.

I am skull obsessed, so I thought it would be a good garter choice. I just bought the cutest skull bag today...and ya, that was a totally random statement! LOL
