Help with a monogram?!

Would anyone out there be able to help me make a monogram? I am not very artistic at all - and apparently not good at Word or PowerPoint...I have been trying for awhile now, and can't figure out how to get things to line up. I have watched videos, read instructions...still can't do it! lol.

I just want simple, just our initials and wedding date and a starfish or something.....

I'm not really sure how to explain how to do it, but I can just try to do a couple for you.

I am also interested in how to do a logo/monogram. Can anyone send me one of theirs so I have play with it and modify it to how I want it? I just don't know how to get started. Is there a template or something to use? If you could please e-mail me any useful information to [email protected] that would be a huge help.

I have no idea how to make a monogram!!

just thought i'd share our monogram (it's the image in my siggy)...decided to go non-traditional with it, obviously. the monogram is used as a unifying image that you stamp on everything (invites, programs, STDs, etc...) and we thought we'd have fun with it. initially we did have our initials tied into the image and decided to just have our names. the artist also gave us the image without our names so it's less in your face on certain things that we use it for.

just a thought! maybe a little inspiration, maybe not. GOOD LUCK with your monograms, ladies.

I would help, but I had my monograms made. Ana de Roux does great work you can contact her because she is on here . I'm not sure what her fee for a monogram is though.
