ME TOO! I was actually gonna ask if anyone had any recs for a good ab DVD, something similar to what Jillian does.

I did Level 2 today for the first time. It's a little bit harder, but I expected it to be way worse. As far as diet goes, I'm not on any strict meal plan. I'm just trying to cut out things like cheese and bacon and eating carbs after 5pm. I'm also trying to eat dinner before 7:30 and nothing else till the next morning after my workout. It seems to be working. It really helps that FI is trying to eat better too, so we can keep each other accountable. It was so hard when I was working out, and trying to eat healthier before he started, and we would go out to eat. He would order all the yummy stuff that I wished I could've eaten. But now we're on the same track and it's great!!!

I'm on Weight Watchers. That plan always works really well for me, as long as I stick to it!

 

I went up to 5 lb. weights on level one this weekend. It's amazing how much more intense it makes the workout. I can't get through the second set of the side lunges yet though. I have to use the 3 lb. weights for that. That makes me feel wimpy.

Lucky you!! FI does not eat healthy at all, but I think he has a hollow leg!! He looks like he is in great shape.. I guess due to his job. Anyways, he eats what he wants when he wants and doesn't gain a pound. He doesn't think I need to lose weight, but I just had a baby 5 months ago!! Haha Love is Blind I guess. SO, I'm on my own with this diet thing.

Hi!

 

I just bought this video too. BD pics on 3/13. I ran 4 miles outside, then did level 1 with 2 pound weights. I ran 2 miles this morning, and I'm going to do level 1 again with 3 pound weights tonight. I didn't think level 1 was extremely challenging, so I'll probably do it for a few days and move on. I think this video will be an awesome way to change up my workout routine. I love that you can do it in 20 minutes. Now, if only I can get my diet under control...!
