Dreams Ultimate Package or A la carte?

I searched and really couldn't find anything on the forum on this...

I was wondering for Dreams Los Cabos brides, did you or are you going to do the wedding package offered by Dreams or are you doing a la carte? I have about 30-40 people attending, and I'm trying to figure out if it would be more beneficial to get the package. I've hired Bradley Frasier, I have Maye for my outside coordinater, but I'm thinking, for the Ultimate package, it includes photographer, video of ceremony, food accommodations for 20, etc for $2650. That means I just have to pay for another 20 off my guest. Any idea pass or present brides to be have good input? Thanks so much!

Hello and Welcome to the Forum....I'm also a Dreams Cabo Bride and there is a ton of info on this on another thread...do a search for Cabo and you'll find tons of stuff...I think people are doing a little bit of everything...A la carte and packages...you have to see what works best for you...I would call your WC and get quotes and compare... Happy planning!

We did the minimal package because financially that was cheapest for us, and we hired mostly outside vendors. I would just sit down and try to figure out costs of doing it each way and then make the decision from there.

Hey, can you give me the info. on those two people you hired? What exactly does Bradley do? Have you found having an outside wedding coordinator helpful? How much does it cost?

We are getting married in September and have the Ultimate Package. We have 23 guests so the package worked well for us. I am paying extra for the photographer because I wanted more than 50 photos. Also after reading the poor reviews about Dream's hair and make-up, I decided to pay for Suzanne Morel. I am hoping to work something out with Dreams and get an extra spa treatment or something instead. I'll let you know how that goes once we get back. Good Luck!
