Welcome Tania! I'm considering Dreams Palm Beach as well! Of course, it's hard to know much about it since it isn't open yet, but the Dreams resorts are so reputable and I've heard Palm Beach is on a terrific stretch of beach. Plus, the rooms look adorable. I put in a request for a Sept 09 wedding but haven't heard back yet. We'll have to keep each other posted!

As far as La Romana, I think I read that you would still fly into Punta Cana and that it's quite a distance to get to the resort - maybe 90 min? I could be wrong...

Hey girl, first of all Congrats !!! I am getting married at the Dreams Punta Cana... Our first choice was the Dreams Palm Beach but I was told that the Dreams Punta Cana was better cause the Palm beach had just opened. If you need any help I'd be happy to help !

Hey guys... I think I am going to go blindly and choose Palm Beach Punta Cana...My wedding is set for May 22, 2009. Worse comes to worse after I see the new pics once it opens in Jan.. I can always switch resorts..;-) I have a good feeling about this one. I will keep you posted.
