Hello! My name is Jo and I am new to this site. We have not set an exact date but are in the initial stages of planning for July 2009 in the Cancun/Riveria Mayan area.

 

I welcome any resort reviews or advice on if you waited the required four business days to get married in Mexico or just had a "ceremony" and actually got legally married in the states.

Welcome!

I OFFICIALLY got married in the Riviera Maya. The four days/bloodwork/paperwork was no big deal at all and I wouldn't have done it any other way. So although it may seem like a lot of hassel, it's not.
