As some of you know, I'm getting married at the Iberostar Grand which is Adult Only hotel. I know some people may stay at the Maya or Lindo, but how do I word that their kids cannot come to the wedding because it is an Adult only place to those that decide to take their kiddies along. I'm trying to get my STD done, and thinking of proper wording.

I'd suggest that in your description of the hotel you state that it is an "Adults Only All Inclusive Luxury Resort" and that the XYZ hotel next door is a "Family Friendly Five-Star Resort" or something that will cue them in to the difference.

How about ...

Please note that the Iberostar Grand is an Adult-Only Resort.

While we understand that some family and friends may be staying at alternate Resorts with their children, please note to arrange for child care as the Adult-Only policy includes our wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding.
