Sand ceremony picture frame box

I am looking for this type of picture frame for our sand ceremony. They are so cute, but I have no idea where to find them. Please help!

I bought this frame from Kohl's. it is a floating frame when you slide the panel on the top you see 4 panes of glass which should work just fine! Hope this helps

So can you set up the frame from KOhls with your personal picture in the middle? did you guys order from online... i don't think we have a Kohls here...

For those of you who have added sand to this frame, how hard is it? The slot looks very slim. I am thinking of doing a sand ceremony but I am not crazy the vase things (where would I actually put it when we got back home) but I really like the frame idea.
