I sent in my weight and now if I can loose just four more pounds I will be lighter than I have been in at least ten months woohoo!

Wow, I've gained a few pounds the past two weeks.

 

I am doing WW hard core this week and I plan on sticking to it this time.

So far so good today. Well, other than the weigh in.

 

I did great with breakfast and lunch but I ALWAYS fall down at dinner! I just need to get off to a good start and not reward myself with truffles.

Right now we have 30 paid participants, and there should be a few more coming in w/late payments due to PayPal issues ... so the jackpot is currently at $450 ... and growing!!!

That number on the scale this morning was SCARY! 22lbs up from May 4th. Wow.

 

While I seem to be fighting the emotions of grieving, Im hoping this challenge can keep really help. Help me release some negative energy through exercise, and than also keep the positivity flowing by taking care of myself!

I just found out that I am going to be seeing a guy I haven't seen in a long long time in a little over two weeks so this contest is starting at just the right time. You know, even tho he doesn't matter any more~ I still want to look good! (don't want him thinking- boy she got fat) I am going to eat so healthy for the next 14 days my body will be shocked.
