Anyone use SPANX?

I love Spanx. I have used them and they have never rolled up on me so far. I purchased my at Lord and Taylor. If you go to there web site I believe they give you a list of stores where to purchase them from.

I used Spanx for a wedding I was in recently. I bought the ones that go up to your bra, and then down to your mid thigh area.

I HATED them. They were so tight around my ribs that I nearly passed out during the ceremony. Right after the ceremony I went into the limo's bathroom and took them off and threw them away. There was no way in hell I was going to wear them for the rest of the night.

Oh, I also bought according to the sizing chart on the website. IMO, it was a total waste of 75 bucks.

I have Spanx and I love them. I agree that they aren't that comfortable, but I only wear them every once in a while, so I suffer through it. I ordered mine from their website.

I have some of the 'Higher Power" ones that come up to just under my bra, but there is no way I could imagine trying to wear them in Mexico, or anywhere else hot for that matter! My daughters have them too but opted not to wear them under the bridesmaid or bridal gown in Mexico. It was just too hot!

I have the high power ones too that come right under your bra. To keep them from rolling down it comes with straps that attach to your bra. They work well and really do shave off about an inch or two from my inner thighs, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. I wore it during lunch once and had to go to the bathroom to take them off. I'd definitely wear them for a photo session or maybe just for the ceremony and some pictures.

My future SIL bought one to wear under her dress. She now wears it everyday for work. It really helps to smooth out those bumps you get from bras, panties, etc.

She now bought her 2nd pair.

When she tried it on the first time, it took a while to get it on, but she thought she ripped it... turns out it was the pee-hole. lol

I am waiting until after my brother's and FSIL's wedding to buy one. I want to see if it is too Hot under a dress..

I LOVE Spanx!!! They worked really well for me and my "problem areas."

Target also has a genric brand of Spanx. I think they are called...Assets? Target's brand is about 1/2 the cost and works just as well.
