Please help me choose

Hi ladies, I'm working on my passport STDs and I'm trying to decide between two covers....its not anything fancy but any feedback is welcomed. TIA

Cover#1 (it was printed as a test, the final print will have better color on the hibiscus portion)

Cover#2 (simple)

I really like the saying in the first one, but I love the way the 2nd one looks.

I like the wording of the first one and the spacing of the 2nd.

Ok, so here's what I came up with, pls let me know what you think (its on white paper bc that metallic cardstock is too expensive to be testing out, lol)
