Hey ladies I weighed in (at home) yesterday and maintained but I re-weighed in today and I am down 2 but I am not counting todays…if I maintain the 2 (plus some) then I will update it as a lost next monday!

 

I managed to stay in my pts m-fr it is sat and sund that I go overboard and end up using my other points…I guess that is ok

Hey all, I am pretty new to this site, so I don't know what WW info you have been given before, but I was on ww last year and lost 20 lbs, I am trying to practice it, but go it alone this year. So, here are some site that might help you all out:

 

Tools for weight and fitness watchers at Journal to Success you sign up and it has an online journal and workout journal for you, I love it. Its free of course.

 

Dotti's Weight Loss Zone this is the best site. It has lots of food and their points, and lots and lots of restaurants and the point values for the food

 

This is one of my favs Sign In You have to be a member, and it takes a while to be accepted, do not get discouraged, you are on the list, it just takes some time. But, its a forum and has so much info that you can use and not be a memeber, its great.

So I've officially been doing my WW again since last Wednesday. I had gained 5 pounds over the holidays. I've so far lost 1.5 of those, I technically weigh in on Friday so we'll see how that goes. Although, I've been working out like a crazy person and hadn't been before, so I'm afraid the scale will say more- but I'll know it's just muscle.

I finally went back to WW today to weigh in - I think I did a pretty good job so far this week which is what made my 1.4 lb GAIN not so bad considering I was on vacation in Mexico for two weeks and wasn't thinking twise about eating quesadillas, fried fish tacos, margaritas, fruit/sugar filled empanadas... etc. etc.

 

1.4 isn't too bad! Now I just need to lose 9.4 pounds to reach my "goal" (well my interim goal... I may reassess when I get there)
