Great job! I know the feeling, FI and I were both at our heaviest ever over the holidays so we decided to quit doing this to ourselves and get serious. We made a promise to stick with it and it's been 2 weeks, I'm doing well but Mike is kicking butt! I'm so proud of him. And you should be so proud of yourself as well, awesome work!

tami i know it is so hard to stay on the machine for an hour. here is my secret: i download one hour television shows onto my ipod and make myself stay on for the whole show! it also helps if you have little tvs attached to the machines like at my gym at home.
