today is 6 days on weight watchers. my tongue is a little swollen and hurts. so does the inside of my mouth. i remember when i was reading about the master cleanse diet that this happens because your body is getting rid of toxins. or maybe im just eating rougher food.

sounds weird doesnt ithuh.gif am i crazy?

no its not that swollen. wouldnt that be funny, if it was sticking out of my mouth. maybe im just shrinking - haha! really though i know ive read somewhere that the toxins leaving your body make this happen. and ive been really, really good! lots of water. most of my points everyday. refused to go to IHOP with the hubby :)

it was HARD!!! oh my gosh. but we compromised and i drove through mcdonalds with him. i got a sausage mcmuffin and ate about 3/4 of it, counted the points and went on with my life! i really like this program. wish me luck in puerto vallarta next week. im gonna need it.

on a side note the last time i went to PV i got some serious food related sickness and i am kind of scared to eat anything. im going to take a lot of cliff bars with me.

You are not crazy! Your body is just ridding itself of toxins...you may get moody, headaches and feel weird for 1-3 weeks depending how much detoxing you are going through! Keep going you will have so much energy, your skin will look amazing (it just sucks during the detox part) Also, eat a lot of cantoloupe (preferably by itself) it's great for hydrating while your body is going through a diet change and will have your skin looking radiant! Sorry so much info-ex-ballet dancer here who's going into holistic nutrition study :-)
