no they don't, I have been looking for sized ones for me and they do have some that are 6-7 shoe size

there are patterns and ones I found online... I can find them if you need me to...

If you don't mind, that would be awesome! I already have the two patterns from rubysbeadwork.com, but they're not exactly what I'm looking for and I'm horribel at altering patterns....
