Fireworks...worth it?

I'd like to hear from those of you who have had fireworks or are planning to for your DW. Was it worth the cost? How long did you have them go for?

I'd really like to have them but don't know if I want to pay an arm and a leg for something that most people will be too drunk to remember

I lvoe the idea too, but they seem expensive....

They were too expensive for our budget (although we did get the fire dancers!).. I'm hoping someone else will spring for them and our group will enjoy.. anyone else getting married at Dreams Los Cabos on October 28th??.. I'm all in support of you getting fireworks!!.. lol

We're getting them. They were included in our package and we figured since we are getting married on 4th of July we should have fireworks right?? Haha, this was one think FI really wanted so I have to let him have one thing!

I would love to have fireworks. We had planned to have them when we started planning a local wedding. I wonder if my resort offers this.

I actually begged (I think it went something like "please please please let me have fireworks pleeeeeaaaase!") my wedding coordinator to no avail... apparently my resort doesnt permit any type of fire! I think if it's within your budget, you should definitely do it. I remember getting a quote when we were considering other locations that was upwards of $4000 for 10 minutes
