Some people believe that the soft cup will keep the spermies up there and give them more of a chance of getting to the egg because the sperm doesn't come back out... it could work who knows. But my dr told me that it can do the opposite too. You can put it in and the sperm will be on the wrong side of the cup and it can keep it from going up. It's all in how you look at it I guess. Some girls swear by it.

Oh and FX you aren't disappointed this month either!

I think I had a bunch of abbreviations, so I'll get them and post a new thread...

Thanks for clarifying.. that is exactly what I was thinking! LoL. It would be on the wrong side of the cup.. but maybe do people put it in afterwards to keep it in? (TMI, sorry)

Yeah, they put it in right afterward. But if you think about it, it's going to be all goopy everywhere and you aren't going to really know if the goop is on one side or the other side. At least I wouldn't. So gross but true. What I did is I just tried to stay laying down for 15-20 min afterward if I could. I would prop a pillow (with a towel over it) under my hips so they were a bit higher. Worked for me!

I know a lot of women who swear by the soft cup. It you do it right all the "goop" as you guys called it is on the right side. It is tricky but possible. They sell instead cups at wal-mart that are easy and disposable if you against re-using stuff.

Well, it looks like it's not going to be the month ! Since two days my temp dropped under 97, which is usually the sign I'm getting my period.

I still have this back ache, tummy ache, fatigue and my breast did grow by 1" ! I am starting to think there might be something off with my hormones... it all looks like fecondation does happen, but then something goes bad on implantation or in the first few days... I should probably see someone. Couldn't hurt, could it !?
