Hundred Pushups

I've never heard of it either.

Another one along those lines that my hubs and I do is a deck of cards work out...

You get 1 deck of cards and put them in a stack face down then each person flips a card and you have to do that many push ups (face cards=11). I can't do enough push ups to go through the whole deck so I mix it up between push ups and sit ups.

Fun little thing to do together a tone up a bit.

Not sure how much everyone else has looked at the site but you can print out a booklet with the complete workout for the pushups. Down the left hand side, click on the link that says "Complete Program" and it gives you a pdf.

There is also a program set up for 200 situps and 200 squats that I'm printing up right now too! I am on a 6wk running program just like this so I'm really excited to combine all of the programs for a full workout!!!

Pushups are definitely my weakness. I will try this challenge to improve my reps. Thanks for sharing!
