chirorach
crap sorry they are the world's largest photos ever. i will learn how to make them a reasonable size next. thanks for the photos ladies. i have decided to go with the pool deck for the reception. i would like to do the desires terrace for cocktails... except that ana did not give that to me as an option. will have to inquire about it next. Megan24
Glad you figured out how to post them on here. I could not get mine to post. After seeing the table all decorated on the beach deck. I am going to choose that for sure now. The picture you had showed a lot more room then the pic Ana sent me. Also not sure if this matters to anyone but Ana did say that you would be unable to see the ocean from the desires terrace at night.
SDbeachgirl
This is awesome! Thanks for posting these photos. I had heard the deck was pretty and so put this down on the contract with the idea that I could change it after I saw it. But after seeing these photos, I'm pretty sure I will go with this option. What options were you given for the cocktail hour? I read a review on trip advisor from someone who got married there. She said it was beautiful and that everything was perfect. It sounds like it was a small wedding though. She had her reception in the wine room connected to the French restuarant. That sounds interesting for maybe a rehearsal dinner. Has anyone decided on doing a rehearsal dinner? I may try and contact that bride to see if she has any other feedback.
indy_chic
Wow....seeing your photos makes me almost want to change my host resort! Good luck to all future brides - it's going to be beautiful
ebernard4985
Have any of you talked to Ana about shipping stuff to the resort? I was just reading another thread about customs and I did not even know about the $300 limit. My OOT bag contents are well over $300 and my toasting flutes were $390. I was thinking if I could ship them I would not need to worry about this at customs.

Ana said since I was doing the ultimate package I had the following options: Ceremony: beach or gazebo Cocktail: beach, deck, pool terrace, Jacuzzi area Dinner: beach, deck, pool terrace, Jacuzzi area We are going to use the beach for the ceremony and take pictures there afterwards. I don't want all the guests standing there watching that but I don't want them to have to watch any setup of the dinner as well. Dinner is for sure going to be on the deck. Not sure what the Jacuzzi area is.... anyone know?
