Rod embedded it in a comment on someone elses post, so it wasn't exactly that visible. Anyhow, thought I would share it with you.
That's great, thanks! I added the link to our wedding website. The guests will for sure be excited by the photos!

I just heard back from Claudia Rodriguez...she said she is not available on your date but that some of her associates are. I didn't ask her any more because I figured if it was 2 different photographers, we probably wouldn't be able to get a deal.

As far as the invitations, I put December 1st as my RSVP date. I sent out invites a week and a half ago. I did not send out STD's or anything else because I just did not have the time to do so (didn't choose resort until early September). I didn't say that they had to book by then, just that they had to let me know whether or not they planned on coming.
Laura,

First off, your dress is beautiful!! It will be absoutely perfect!

Second, thank you so much for inquiring with Claudia re: my date - too bad we coudn't work something out.

Lastly, thanks for letting me know which date you put on the response card. I think we decided to do January 7th. I hope it's not too late as I belive they already went into print.

Carina - Thanks! I think that your RSVP date is fine! You should probably know well before that who is and isn't coming anyway.
Kids do stay for free depending on when you go. My wedding is in June and kids are free during that time. When they are free you only needed to pay taxes for them. If kids are not free they are still cheaper than an adult but do not count towards occupancy (so you cannot have 1 adult and 1 child and consider it double occupancy).

Hope this helps!

Hello ALL!!... I just wanted to let you know that I called Anna this morning and she seems SOO NICE!! We discussed table cloths, napkin and decorations as I am trying to purchase those things right now... If you are choosing white then there is no extra cost but if you want colors then there is the extra charge as per her price listing... She had said that she personally does not have pictures of the locations as of yet but was going to do it this afternoon... These are things that I have purchased for my wedding thus far:

Name cardholders - Purchased at a dollar store and the are beautiful (There look like crystal on the bottom and have a wire/ clip coming out of top to hold the name.)

Fans - White cloth fans (Pkg1cool.gif that I purchased from Michael’s (Found a package that was buy as is for 7.5 it was missing one) Decorating one arm with rhinestones...

Straws and Napkins in my color.

Bows - For the backs of the chairs (purchased at Michael’s for 50% off $3.28each)

Here is my website incase any of you want to take a look at what I did:

Hope you are all having a fabulous day and THANKS for all of you information!
