Sounds like a good idea... any questions I ever had, I just e-mailed to Julie and she got back to me - often the same day! You DON'T need a marriage license - I specifically asked her when we met on Thursday as someone had told me the same thing... don't worry about anything as far as documentation goes... Julie will tell you exactly what to do and when to do it! Good luck!
p.s... Your sister and I both live in the same 'hood! We moved here almost two years ago and love it!
