Hi Everyone!

 

I just booked my 4pm ceremony on the rooftop terrace on June 5, 2014.  So excited!

 

I'm wondering if anyone has actually used the resort photographer and has some input.. I've read all 194 pages where everyone's saying "DON'T USE THEM".. but who knows if they know first-hand how good of a job they do.  I did read one positive review from a recent bride, so I'm hoping that they do a good job since I don't think I can afford an outside photographer/vendor fee.

 

My coordinator is Cynthia Lira and I am very impressed with her so far!  I'm looking forward to spending the next year planning out every detail of my wedding!

 

If anyone has photos of the rooftop terrace or lobby terrace (where my reception wil be held), please feel free to email me at jenjer03@telus.net.  I'd love to see them!

 

Any other brides getting married between June 1-8, 2014?

We have booked the resort photographer.  Hoping it works out, we purchased the 30 pic package.  Its  the smallest one as some of our guest are bringing their cameras.

 

Its not my first wedding so I don't really need all the getting ready stuff, just so we have a few pictures of the ceremony and then with our children and guests and Mariachi band..

I just got married on May 9th at Ocean Coral and Turquesa and although I do not have time to post a full review right now, I wanted to say my wedding was amazing and I would do it all over again if I had to! I was switched to Cynthia when I got to the resort and she is wonderful! I will post a full review soon :-) And try your best to not stress about not getting responses back from Ana, I didn't hear anything for two full months before my wedding but once I got there and met with her, she really put my mind at ease and I had a beautiful wedding. If anyone has questions feel free to ask and I will try to post a full review this weekend!

I also booked for May 2014. We are getting married on May 9th. How has the process of booking been for you? I sent an e-mail to Ana a couple of weeks ago with the info for payment of the first deposit but she has not responded back yet. I know a lot of people in this forum has complained about her delay in responding and I don't want to start worrying a year ahead.

Hey you! I completely missed this thread, sorry about that! I am sending you an email I got from them now! they seem to have a different doc available on their website compared to what they sent me in email, but I'm going with the email doc as being "most accurate" :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
