So, I took my dress to my BM's house this weekend and had her take some pics of me in it. For the life of me, I can't post the pic in the message. I keep getting an invalid file error (and I did try resizing the pic...hmm). Anyway, here is a link to the pic.. hopefully this works. I'm holding the dress in the back because it needs to be altered. And, as mentioned in a previous post, I'm still looking for just the right padded, push-up bra!

Hi ladies-

This is my dress...I awas completed retarded when I ordered and never snapped a pic of myself, but I ordered a wide teal sash, instead of that thin taaupe one pictured. I wont be in until june..it seems like centuries away!!

Hi everyone,

Gorgeous dresses out there! You all look so beautiful! These are the two dresses that I absolutely fell in love with the moment I saw them (they've very similar as you can see). The only thing is I've been told that they'll be too fancy and hot for Mexico in August. What do you guys honestly think? Should I look for something lighter and less formal? Please be honest with me!

people told me my dress was too fancy too - i didn't care - i loved it! at first i tried to go with what people expected of a beach wedding dress, but in the end i had to just go with what i fell in love with.

Hmmm... I saw this thread and thought that I may use it for some help. I'm having such a hard time deciding between 2 dresses. I have lots of time until the wedding (october) but it's bothering me that i cna't make a decision. My mom and bridesmaids all are torn with their picks too. Perhaps you ladies can help me decide.

I bought my dress over a year ago. Originally we were going to get married on an Alaskan cruise. Now Im not sure if I like the dress to get married in Mexico...
