What did you think of the food? I just found out the Cabo Surf hotel is open on my wedding date and I am considering switching to this location. My fiance is up for anything as long as I can guarantee good food!

I only tasted appetizers, but they were yummy! I got recommendations from several brides from 2005 and they raved about the food, so that is a good sign. Sadly, I will not be able to give you my own wedding review in time! We are just having a pretty normal non-fancy Mexican buffet, but I am hoping it is delicious. I love love Mexican food.

Lisa, I think we have 55 people, so seven tables of eight. I think it should fit perfectly and leave room for dancing!

Good idea. I am not sure how many people are coming but if it's not that many I didn't want to use the big tables of 10. I thought many we could put some of the smaller tables they use for lunch and idnner together. Do you remember how the restuarant was set up and where the bar was?

well when I was there they were setting up for a wedding, so the only non-wedding tables were kind of off to the side next to the lobby. I don't actually even remember a bar? I am sure there must be one though. But basically everything was cleared out for the wedding, as you can see in the pics above.
My guess is you could use the smaller tables, I'd just ask Armando. I can also give you a better idea once I am there for more than 2 hours :)
