Is there a way to permanently turn off subscriptions? I thought I did it by deleting my subscriptions folder but it's back and I'm getting bombarded by emails every day... I know how to manually go in and unsubscribe, but really don't want to continue posting until I figure this out.

ok, go to User CP and then Edit Options (link over on the left), then in the middle of the page, choose "No email notification" in the box

This has been driving me crazy too. I thought I had turned it off, but keep getting those pesky emails.

OKay, so I had to delete all my subscriptions that kept forming with every post AND turn off the notifications under that Edit options button ... but I think finally I am notification free! Yippee!!!

I was actually going to inquire about this... I changed mine to no emails a week or so ago, but I still get some. Not all, but some. Is there something I am doing wrong?
