I think the forum is having issues, cuz when I posted all that, the pics were in there, but let's see if it works now. I am pasting the IMG code from photobucket. I will also send them to you via email, but I will post for any other people that might need them...

Here is a pic of the bouquet that is included if you purchase the upgraded twilight package. The choices of color are red, pink and white roses.

Ok, I finally got some more info about the arches. I am not really happy about it, but what can I do at this point. Arches are not included at all, not even the basic form and you have just have to pay to decorate, you have to pay to have them at all!
I think it's a must b/c without a setting, you are just a bunch of people standing in the middle of the beach. I attached the pdf file showing pics of bouquet, arches, table decor, etc. The excel file is the pricing for the pdf (not sure why they can't just put it on one, but not surprised at all!)
Here are a pic of the chairs that are included in the beach ceremoney. They are pretty banged up, but I don't like the look of chair covers and I am not paying $10/chair for a look that I don't like. I am going to check into upgrading the chairs completely, but most likely will suck up these nasty things.

Carly, these are the same florals and prices offered at Sandals. Crazy, huh?!
As for the chairs--ick! They told me that they didn't have pictures of the plastic chairs they use for outdoor weddings, but told me that they also sometimes used chairs from one of the restaurants. I'll see if I can upload a picture.
Maybe they have the same type of chair at one of the Beaches restaurants and you can use those as well.

Are you picking one? I am so torn, cuz I want my arch to be decorated with fabric and shells, minimal flowers and there is nothing like that option. The WC told me to bring whatever I wanted with me, but then I still have to pay a large fee just for the arches?

Well, I decided against a beach wedding (mainly since SGOR doesn't really have a big one anyway.) I'm doing the tropical garden ceremony. I'm trying to decide between two locations, but both have gazebos. I was going to just decorate them with strings of orchids (and maybe the capiz shells.) The arch decor prices are outrageous! I didn't know that NO arch is offered for free though!!
One thing you can consider is using a couple of standing flower arrangementment instead of the arch. Those may be less expensive than the arch. I'll post an example...Ok, the Photobucket site is down for maintenance, so I will upload pics once it comes back up!

Carly, thanks for the info, but it sucks. I guess it helps me that I am only having 5 guests so maybe they will choose to stand. I dont know if I want an arch or not...I go back and forth....my ultimate decision will be based on the price.

I know, I am really dissappointed. I mean, I already paid $1,500 upgrade jsut so we could have the twilight time for the ceremony. It includes a bunch of extras, but now I am wondering if I should see if they can change the time so we have themoney to do these toher things. Ugh.
