White linens are included in the setup. (chair covers, but no ties, white napkins, but not colored) Centerpieces are not included, but table settings are. They have colored options for rent. I don't have specifics, but Yessica should be able to send.

I think it works best to break out your questions.. If you clump a couple of questions in one paragraph only one or two seemed to get answered. (At least from previous experience).

doesn't the fee include the linens? If you get linens separately, you still need to pay the set up fee, right? Or is the set up fee waived if you use an outside company?

Yesica from Dreams quoted me the same rate, so I'm assuming it is correct.
