My FIs brother is vegan which limits our optins even more. I told mariana and we will see what Dreams comes up with.
And ceviche is seafood "cooked" in lime juice.

us vegetarians sure are difficult.... but vegans are MUCH harder!

we are thinking we will have to bring down our own pasta and just do that w veggies sauteed in olive oil.

Yes, the vegas are more difficult as you don't know if the rice was cooked with chicken stock, etc. Plus, you can't do quesadillas (which are great otherwise).

All of you have been very helpful! I knew I could count on you ladies. As far as I know, there will be no vegans, so maybe we will be OK. But I do think I will take the advise of asking the vegetarians that I am aware of, if there is something in particular they would like to see on the menu.
