got a response from erika regarding OOT bag distribution...here is my email and her response:

Hi Erika,
I am getting close to finalizing all my details for the cake, menu but i wanted to ask you ablout delivery of my welcome bags.
I would like them delivered when each guest checks in to the hotel. I have made a spreadsheet of when they will check in/out.
How can i get the bags to the rooms? i will if you want, deliver them myself if someone will let me in...or i can bring down the bags each morning of the guest checking in that day with their names on the bags and when they are expected it. They can also be given at checkin.

Hola Tammy,
Great...just leave the welcome bags with the list of names or with names on them in Front Desk upon your arrival. They will be given to your guests at check in.
